Using Photoshop CS2 (selective coloring, so nontransferrable)
now remember, every picture is different, so you probably won't & shouldn't copy this exactly.
1. take your image. i used this and resize it to 100x100.
2. Duplicate your image, and set the duplicated image to screen @ 30%.
3. Then here comes the selective coloring.
4. Then for the bottom layer, open up hue/saturation (ctrl + u).
